Guys, it's true what Sanjay told us on the last training, that this business is a matter of testing our faith to God. Can we we still smiling and have happiness in our heart after we show the plan and show the plan but we cannot see the result right now. Can we still have confidence that we can do this after 90% of our team left us. Can we still come to the meeting , listen to CD and read the book even thou our PV look like stuck in the lower point and it seem doesn't want to go up.
Guys if we believe, that whatever we sow, sooner or latter we going to reap, cause it's the law, I believe we going to have a piecefull heart when we build this business. And if we use God strength not our own strength, we will never get tired, coz we realise we cannot change somebody heart, we only can change our heart. So whatever PV we have it doesn't matter, as long as we know that we are doing better every day that's all what we need to do, coz everything start from you.
"Success is not the key to happiness, Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful."

The Power Of A Dream

Walt Disney : An American Dreamer

Guys, check it out, this is a sample of a vivid and compelling description of a dream. With a dream like this would attract people and resources. And with a dream like this would provide the enthusiasm and commitment to keep going down the path even when things are tough. So, my dear brother and sister, we really need to have a dream like this for your own life and business.

The Idea of Disneyland is a simple one. It will be a place for people to find happiness and knowledge. It will be a place for parents and children to share pleasant times in one another's company: a place for teachers and pupils to discover greater ways of understanding and education. Here the older generation can recapture the nostalgia of days gone by and the younger generation can savor the challenge of the future. Here will be the wonders of Nature and Man for all to see and understand.
Disneyland will be based upon and dedicated to the ideals, the dreams, and the hard facts that have created America. And it will be uniquely equipped to dramatize these dreams and facts and send them forth as a source of courage and inspiration to the entire world.
Disneyland will be a fair, an exhibition, a playground, a community center, a museum of living facts, and a showplace of beauty and magic. It will be filled with the accomplishments, the joys, and the hopes of the world we live in. And it will remind us and show us how how to make those wonders a part of our own lives. Sometime in 1955, Walt Disney will present for the people of the world-and children of all ages-a new experience in entertainment.

As you create your dream, don't be realistic, instead of being realistic, be futuristic. Be a dreamer. If you like to learn more, how to create a clear and compelling dream, you can read the standing order book "Tiger Trait", by Nate Booth.

A dream is a wish your heart makes.
